I'm a real estate agent and Parrish has done several inspections for me and my clients. He does a great job and covers everything. I was really worried about a possible shower leak and he reassured me with infrared that there was no water leaking from a shower he tested for a full hour. Great job!

PLEASE READ THIS!!!! If there was a 10 star, I would give Parrish and this company a 11!!! They are that good! First of all, my due diligence date was so tight, and when I texted a few inspection companies, Your Inspection Pros was the FIRST to respond. Jamison was prompt to reply texts! She was not forceful and when I asked about the price, she and Parrish decided to give me great discount! And their price turns out to be the best out of all of the companies that I reached later on. I don't even know how to find these people in a market like this! They are super personal and PROFESSIONAL. Then, then next day, my husband and I went to the property, Parrish was already there. He gave me a big warm smile and explained everything in details! My husband and I are from the cities and we did not know much about home terms...and Parrish was so patient and explained everything to me so I now know about home stuff way more than before! He also sent me the report very quickly and accurately. Later on , I found out from my agent that he actually had a family issue the day he inspected, BUT HE DID NOT LET THAT AFFECT HIM AND KEPT HIS PROFESSIONAL AND WARM SMILE! Again, PLEASE read my review and know how amazing and professional he and his team is!!!GREAT PRICE TOO!

Parrish is the best to work with! He is both professional and reassuring for my clients. His explanation is understandable and in depth. I will always suggest him to all of my clients when buying, selling, or simply curious on a home.

Parrish did such a thorough and detailed job on my house inspection. This is my first home and I really did not know what to expect with an inspection and all the things I need to learn about my house! He was very patient and let me ask questions, and I had A LOT. His detailed report is so helpful now and will continue to be in the future when I need to refer back. He made becoming a homeowner an easier experience!

Parrish did a great job. He spent a lot of time explaining his report and let us know how serious things were and how soon they needed to be done. He was very thorough and reassured us that it was a good home. I would definitely recommend him because I strongly feel he had our best interests in mind.

Parrish was great to work with! He took a ton of time to walk through the house with me as I was buying and explain everything he was putting in the report and then some. I had a lot of questions and a lot to chat with him about and he was more than willing to take the time to give suggestions, answer questions, and provide information. I was also able to schedule the inspection quickly and get things done fast when in a time crunch. Would recommend to others.
