About Us
The experienced inspector behind Your Home Inspection Pros is Parrish Kunkel. An InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, he’s been involved in building construction from a young age and has completed over 4,000 building inspections. Parrish works as a realtor and real estate investor when he’s not inspecting homes and commercial properties. Buying, renovating, and reselling properties is a passion of his. In his leisure time, he enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending time at the gym.

Parrish is a Utah native and lifelong resident, so he is familiar with the building codes and local builders’ practices. His years of experience as an inspector have taught him that Utah’s unique environment and weather can play a role in your home’s condition. The freezing winter temperatures can lead to foundation cracks and leaks that are hidden beneath the surface. That’s why he offers a full infrared home scan as part of every inspection. Prior to completing the scan, Parrish lets the building’s water run for a full 20 minutes so it’s impossible for any leaks to escape his notice.
