Parrish was very thorough and informative! The report he sent after our inspection was very helpful.

My realtor recommended this inspector to me and the price quoted was competitive with others around my area, so we gave them a chance. I would not recommend this company to anybody. If I could give 0 stars I would and I am usually a fair reviewer and give people the benefit of the doubt. I bought a home after being told that everything on the home that needed to repaired was cosmetic only to have that not be the case. Failure of this inspector has led to many problems. BIG PROBLEM!!!!! 1. We found out the basement was not structurally safe at all, Human should not live, even the smallest earthquake will cause the main house collapsed. 2. The supporting beams of the house were not done by code. 3. the house has mold, the basement carpet, and the wall were filled with mold from long term water leaking from the building. we were sick not knowing that was the problem Because Parrish stated the house was SAFE!!! 4. The furnace were not done properly and the air has not out going! Surprise!!! 5. The basement did not even have permit, the previous owner hand dug the whole entire basement and done it by self without safety inspection, so the concrete were crack, leaking water, wire poorly done. THERE WAS NO BLUE PRINT OF THE BASEMENT AT THE CITY RECORD!!!!!!! After hiring another inspector to do all OVER AGAIN, it is going to cost us to make this house safe will be almost the same amount as the purchased price of the property. Hear this!!! We contacted him and he said, "it is not my problem"!! If it is not the inspector problem, then WHO????? We paid him to do the job we don't know how to, to make sure everything is good as a first time home buyer!!

I would not recommend Your Inspection Pros. Since moving into the home we have found things that should have been noted and discovered during the inspection. Master bathroom leak, a leak by the water shut off, and other pretty obvious issues that should have been included in the report like the RV gate, driveway crack, loose deck step. I’ve bought other homes in the past and our inspectors made notes of things that were and were not obvious. And they were worth every penny. Parrish charged us $710 for a poorly done inspection. I really wish I would have hired a different inspector but we went with him because he was highly rated. I’m glad other people had a good experience with him but our experience was far from it. We paid for a radon test, and I had to be after him to get the results, and when he finally sent them it was for the wrong house. He is not organized, and thorough for the kind of work he does or the amount of money he charges.

I'm an investor, so I rely heavily on my inspectors to catch what I may have missed on my walk through. With Parrish I never worry about what I will find after the fact because he's extremely thorough in his inspections and then he walks me through the whole property (inside and outside of the house) to go through each one of his findings! Cannot say enough good things about him and his company!

7000$ saveings thanks Parrish 2nd house but first time getting a home inspector.. your already paying alot for a house, the price of a inspector Barrly scratches the surface.....that being said Parrish saved me about 7000$ by finding a offset in the sewer line..he was very thorough in finding everythng. he mentioned what he liked about the home witch was cool not just to give you the bad, And the report he gives u after will show u the time and detial and recomndations he took doing his job!! and its really helpful for negotiations... Stick with local instead of a big company. and a side note the bad revew is why i picked him clear cut and staight to the point and take notes of everythig ....if someone need an inspector i deffently will be recommending Parrish!
